Course Description:
This six-hour, interactive workshop walks participants through the AI Project Canvas methodology. Using real-world examples and collaborative exercises, teams learn to convert raw ideas into distinct Canvas blocks—Problem, Users, Data, Model, Metrics and Ethics—and to assess viability quickly and cost-effectively.
Content covered in Session 1 – Canvas Blocks Explained: Problem, Users, Data, Model, Metrics and Ethics; Data & Model Fit techniques; Interactive demos.
Content covered in Session 2 – Guardrails Setup: Fairness thresholds, privacy limits, human signoffs; From Sketch to Pilot: Handover checklist and stop-go gates; Canvas.
