The BI4SME course is a hands-on training course targeted towards non-technical professionals to learn about Business Intelligence (BI), developed by iED Academy. With this course, participants will explore the basics of BI through real-world examples. Anyone can join this course – small business owners, managers, or just curious learners! BI4SME is the perfect foundational course to mastering BI tools and techniques to drive growth and make confident data-driven decisions.
About the course
The course includes video content, real-world examples, quizzes to test participants’ knowledge after each module, as well as hands-on laboratories to practice skills learnt. At the end of the course, participants will receive a free Certificate of Achievement.
The course is structured into 7 comprehensive modules:
- Unit 0: Getting started: Introduction to BI:
- Unit 1: Math for BI
- Unit 2: Just enough SQL (Structured Query Language) for BI
- Unit 3: ETL (Extract, transform, and load)
- Unit 4: Power BI
- Unit 5: Python
- Unit 6: Laboratories
