The Digital Skills Maturity Assessment for SMEs in Manufacturing and Industry is a tool aimed at employees and executives in SMEs in the manufacturing and product development sector, made in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. ‘
Developed with Luxembourgish SMEs in mind, the Digital Skills Maturity Assessment (DSMA) offers a free of charge 360° survey developed by the University of Luxembourg Competence Centre in the context of the Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH) EU project.
About the DSMA for SMEs
The free tool supports small organisations from sectors like production and manufacturing to understand better and identify the skills they need to face the increased pace of the digitalisation of their activities and livelihood. Its aim is to identify the digital maturity of a company’s workforce, as well as the current and future digital skills required to ensure business success. The results of the assessment can support the collective identification of skills needs and help define tailor-made learning programmes.
In the L-DIH catalogue you can find digital skills learning programmes by all major training institutions in Luxembourg which allows to companies to benefit from the best fit for their training needs.
