On Friday 23rd February 2024, the eSkills Malta Foundation hosted Euroguidance Malta from the National School Support Services (NSSS) Department and two distinguished Career Guidance Practitioners from Finland as part of a comprehensive study visit from February 19th to 23rd. This visit allowed the Foundation to showcase our innovative practices and reinforce collaborative efforts to enhance career guidance initiatives.

The partnership between NSSS and eSkills Malta Foundation demonstrates the Foundation’s dedication to excellence in ICT career guidance. It is a source of pride, reflecting commitment to empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge to navigate their professional ICT paths effectively. This meeting offered a thorough understanding of our role in community education and the range of career guidance projects tailored to support both Career Guidance Practitioners and students. Participants gained insight into our pivotal role in educating the community, focusing on fostering continuous learning and skill development to thrive in today’s dynamic job market.

The successful collaboration between NSSS and eSkills Malta Foundation has significantly boosted our impact by combining expertise and resources. Every year eSkills Malta Foundation organises training sessions for guidance teachers, facilitates school visits to the ICT industry, and hosts talks to encourage girls to explore opportunities in ICT. These initiatives underscore our joint commitment to promoting inclusivity and excellence in career guidance and ICT education.
