Course Description:
This course is designed to give learners, aged between 18 and 65 years of age, the practical, confidence-building skills they need to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel effectively in their personal and professional lives. Structured around outcome-based learning, this course emphasises on real-world applications such as creating formal letters, CVs, personal budgets and task trackers.
Delivered over two online sessions, each consisting of 3 hours, this course ensures participants not only learn how to use these important tools but also create meaningful, usable documents by the end. The interactive format includes live demonstrations, guided tasks and support to accommodate learners of all digital comfort levels.
