Course Description:
This online course is specifically designed for women aged 18 and over who are curious about how mobile apps are created and are ready to turn their ideas into digital solutions. If you’re exploring technology for the first time or looking to develop a new skill, this course offers a friendly, hands-on introduction to mobile app development, with a strong emphasis on user-centred design and mobile-first thinking.
Participants will explore real-world examples, take part in guided exercises, and create their own mobile apps using Thunkable – an intuitive, no-code platform for app development. No prior technical experience is required. By the end of the course, participants will have the confidence and practical knowledge to design meaningful, people-friendly apps that address everyday needs and challenges.
