Frederick University is a private university located in the two largest cities in Cyprus – the capital of Nicosia and the second largest city of Limassol.

The university in its current form has existed since 2007, but its history as an institution dates back to 1965, when its predecessor, the Technical and Economic School in Nicosia, was founded.

The University of Frederick specialises in science, engineering, business, tourism, arts, media and education, including digital.
