DigiEduHack, the EU initiative that has been promoting the development of digital skills since 2019 and fostering innovation, European collaboration and creativity for positive change in education, is renewed. In its first three editions, the initiative gathered more than 6,700 participants from Europe and beyond. This year, the Digital Education Hackathon forms part of the European Commission’s Digital Education Action Plan 2021-2027, with the long-term objective of contributing to the objectives of the European Digital Education Hub of which INDIRE is also a part. The event will take place from 6 to 13 November. In these eight days, in Europe and around the world, there will be “challenges” on open issues related to digital education. The categories are varied: from access to infrastructure to learning spaces; from individual skills to educational well-being, to the use of the latest education technologies in school. As per tradition, the fourth edition of the event is also open to students, education professionals, entrepreneurs, developers, designers and anyone with a creative mind and interested in digital education, without limits of experience or age. DigiEduHack is the ideal place for anyone who feels cutting-edge and able to contribute to the future of education in the digital age, showing their skills and talent on a global stage. It is possible to participate individually – by joining an already formed team – or in a team. The official page of the initiative is constantly updated with news and new local challenges that you can also participate remotely. Do you need inspiration? Here, here and here you can immerse yourself in past editions and learn from those who have already left their mark. Then meet in Madrid on 13 November for the great final event. Other useful links:
