Malta Digital Skills and Jobs Platform (LISP)
As of August 2026, Ukraine, has connected its National Coalition website to the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform, marking an important step in expanding Europe’s coordinated approach to digital skills development beyond EU borders and fostering greater regional cooperation.
With this connection, National Coalitions are now active in 24 countries. Their websites contribute high-quality content to the Platform, showcasing national digital skills strategies, training opportunities, flagship initiatives, events, and resources. National Coalitions are key policy enablers for advancing digital skills at both national and European level. Since 2021, they have established a two-way information system with the Platform. Initially supported by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) these efforts are now funded under the Digital Europe Programme, with a total budget of over €8.1 billion supporting Europe’s digital transformation.
