Malta Digital Skills and Jobs Platform (LISP)
The Digital Skills Passport is a pioneering and strategic initiative of the Lisbon City Council, as part of the ‘Programme for Digital Inclusion and Literacy’ (PILD). Our purpose is to actively tackle the digital divide in Lisbon, empowering all citizens, with a special focus on the most vulnerable groups, for full and informed participation in the digital society.
We believe that access to technology is not sufficient; it is the field of digital skills that truly empowers individuals to exercise their citizenship and to improve their daily and professional lives. The programme is based on a benchmark of 10 key digital skills, aligned with the DigComp European Reference Framework and the national digital strategy.
