The DigiWind NTNU Open Call is a scholarship scheme supporting master’s students in fields related to the digitalisation of wind and energy systems. It is part of the DigiWind initiative funded under the Digital Europe Programme, which aims to develop advanced skills needed for Europe’s green and digital transition in the renewable energy sector. The call provides financial support for students to undertake a six-month study mobility at NTNU in Norway within relevant engineering master’s programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Individuals currently enrolled in a Master’s degree at a university with an active NTNU exchange agreement

Must hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering or in Natural sciences with a relevant background for M.Sc. Electric Power Engineering or M. Sc. Marine Technology.

Must be a passport holder from a EU Member States or a Digital Europe Programme associated country

Timeline
The deadline to submit applications is set to 1 May 2026, 17:00 Brussels time. Successful applicants will be notified on 25 May 2026 and the programme will start on 11 August 2026.
