The Development and Training Department of the Lisbon City Council will promote, from 29 September to 9 December 2025, free and certified training courses in Digital Skills. The trainings are aimed at people with little or no experience in the use of computers and will take place in the Coruchéus Library and the Library of Marvila, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and in the Municipal Building of Campo Grande, no25, floor 2, 1749-099 Lisbon, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m..
These courses are part of the Program for Digital Inclusion and Literacy of the Lisbon City Council, with the aim of reducing digital exclusion.
Upon completion of a course, participants receive the Digital Skills Passport, a tool that proves mastery of the skills acquired by awarding “learning medals”.
Registrations
Registration is free, but places are limited to 12 participants per course. Entries can be made in two ways:

Important information
- Courses are open to all adults, regardless of their training or employment status.
- Course 1 is intended exclusively for those who do not have any digital domain.
- The remaining courses are for those who already have some familiarity with the computer, even if little.
- It is not necessary to bring equipment, as each participant will be assigned a computer.
- We ask you to register all registrations, even if they exceed the number of places, for the possibility of future editions of the courses.
