Objective
The French National Coordination Centre (NCC-FR) focuses on fostering cybersecurity expertise, research, and industrial capacity.
The NCC-FR has launched a call for projects supporting SMEs, start-ups, and mid-sized companies in digital innovation and cybersecurity to encourage them to develop and adopt innovative digital and cybersecurity solutions and enhancing digital skills in the following areas:
1. Cyber solutions and technical developments.
2. Support for providers working towards PAMS qualification.
3. Standardization efforts for SMEs and start-ups.
Eligibility

The call is seeking Very Small Enterprises (VSEs) and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) focused on cybersecurity and digital innovation.

Only single-partner projects are eligible for this call for projects.

Projects must have a minimum budget of 30,000 euros.

The company or entity must be based in France or within the European Union.

The project should align with the strategic goals of France 2030 and the EU’s Digital Europe or Horizon Europe programs.

Applicants must meet the criteria set out in the FSTP (Financial Support to Third Parties) program.

Applicants must follow cybersecurity norms and follow guidelines provided by ANSSI and Bpifrance, particularly concerning standards like PAMS (Prescribers Advisory Mission for Cybersecurity).
