SUMMARY:Time saving\, support improvement: How Artificial Intelligence helps social workers save time on care
DESCRIPTION:Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to significantly upgrade the efficiency of social services\, allowing social workers to provide better support in less time. At Ealing City Council in London\, social workers use a TN tool to record and analyse meetings with clients\, reducing their time spent on administrative tasks by 40%. This tool supports the creation of integrated care plans\, identifying specific needs and proposing appropriate actions. \nThe event will take place online on 12 June 2025. Tony Clements\, CEO of Ealing Municipality\, will present a case study of the use of Magic Notes and develop how the Council engages frontline staff in implementing innovative reforms with the help of TN.
