DESCRIPTION:TechSverige participates in this year’s Almedalen Week on 25-28 June. \nEvent: \n\nOn Tuesday 26 June\, from 2.30 p.m. to 3.15 p.m.\, TechSverige will organise the seminar “With AI as a means – Sweden’s strategic advantages and challenges in AI development”. More information coming soon.\nOn Tuesday 26 June\, from 10 a.m. to 10.45 p.m.\, TechSverige and the Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers will hold the seminar “Techcompanies and collective bargaining agreements – what are the opportunities and challenges?”at Hansaplatsen.\n\nAbout the seminar Tech companies and collective agreements – what are the opportunities and challenges?: \nSweden should be a world-leading tech nation. How can collective agreements contribute to development? \nLeading voices have been raised that collective agreements should not be adapted to the reality of tech companies. At the same time\, a large proportion of employees in the tech industry are covered by collective agreements. Several companies see the benefits of collective agreements and allow flexibility in being able to adapt the conditions based on their own sector\, rather than via sluggish legislation or judicial review.
